we stay here 4 days on newyears holiday. i was scared due to old reiwed. but our stay was veery nice. cleaness is good. good staff. no any problem.we think come back again. edwin duncann

EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW ABOUT THIS PLACE IS TRUE! WE DECIDED TO STAY HERE BECAUSE RATES WERE REASONABLE FOR AN UNEXPECTED OVERNITE. I COULD HAVE STAYED ON THE STREETS AND BEEN MORE COMFORTABLE. WE WENT THROUGH 4 ROOMS IN ABOUT AS MANY HOURS DUE TO DIRTY ,CIGARETTE BURNED LINENS, FAULTY WIRING, PERIOD STAINED SHEETS, EMPTY CONDOM PACKAGES, DIRTY WASHCLOTHS BEHIND THE FURNITURE, STAGNANT WATER IN THE BATH TUB...YOU NAME IT AND IT WAS WRONG. WHEN WE ACTUALLY COMPLAINED THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER WHO LOOKED LIKE A DRUG ADDICT JUST KEPT ASKING IF WE WANTED ANOTHER ROOM......HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO COME IN AND SHUT THEM DOWN! THIS PLACE DESERVES A -10 RATING!

This place makes a crack house look like a 5 star Hotel! It is truely the pits of hell! Before you base your stop by the deceivingly "ok" front lobby...DRIVE TO THE BACK THAT'S were your vehicle will be staying and good luck returning to it untouched and un harmed! The Guests are either DRUNK or on DRUGS and just YELL for no reason at the top of their lungs.

This is the worst place ive ever seen. My wife and i were just passing thru and desided to stay. Upon check in we noticed the sign that says " no refund after fifteen minutes"! Once arivving to our room but not even entered we noticed blood splatter on the wall. Nervously we entered to a scese pool. It was horrible. Dirty sheets and linnen, mold on the base boards, filth bathroom with no towels. The bed was so worn in it was concaved. Oh and by the way there was a guy with a pit bull in the room next door. Do yourself, friends and family a favor! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place dosnt deserve the one star we gave it. We were there fifteen minutes and my wife was in tears we ran for the hills!

Other than the filth and lack of responsiveness, I have never, ever stayed in a hotel that did not attempt once to provide maid service. I complained to the desk and alll they did was bring out the person responsoible and spend a great deal of time speaking in a langiage I did not understand and never responding to my request. It was shocking to me as i have stayed in many places of varied price ranges without ever running into this problem. The room could have been alright, but it wasn't clean went I arrived and of course over five days with the same linens or waste baskets being emptied it wasn't any more pleasant when I left. Do NOT use this hotel, especially if you are a non-smoker as the hallways reek and the non-smoking room I was in smelled like car deoderant sprayed over smoke. This review process does not allow a zero or that is what would have been entered

This hotel was Awful! I did not have a fun experience, I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy and it is definitely not worth the time or the money! Upon entering the lobby there was a funky smell, the woman behind the desk was polite but tried charging us more money than what was listed on our reservation conformation. We spoke up about this and got the correct price. She gave us directions on how to get to our room. We drove to the back of the building and upon entering the hotel there is a sign that says use your hotel key to enter, only problem is that there is no place to swipe your card - there are no security systems on any of the doors. We get to our room and are immediatley discussed upon entering. The bathroom was filthy, there were burn holes in the blankets on the beds, the refridgerator was not clean. We were on the 3rd floor and one of the windows opened for some fresh air from the musty smell, only problem was that the window would not stay open on it's own we had to prop the trash can under it, and there were no screans on the windows. 3rd floor, no screan!! And the wall paper was tearing off the walls. We surrived through the night and went down to the pool the next morning. This was our reason for staying at this hotel - we were looking for a reasonable price with a pool. The pool water was a greenish color and you could see particals of something scattered all across the bottom of the pool, needless to say we didn't use our swimsuits on this trip. There was a work out room right next to the pool that had 3 machines in it, there were no towles and no spray to clean the equipment after you used it. We then packed up our stuff and headed down to the lobby for their continantel breakfast - their breakfast selection wasn't awful. that is the only good thing I can say about this place. We tried to get ice before we left and none of the ice machines on any of the floors worked, they all said go to the front desk for ice. So after breakfast we went to the front desk for ice, they were all out. To top this trip off - we left the hotel and got about 4 blocks away when I realized that I had left my purse on the back of my chair while eating breakfast. We immediatley turned around and when back to get it. My boyfriend went in for me and went to our table and didn't see it. There was an employee vaccuming and my boyfrienda asked this man 3 times if he had seen a purse and he just ignored him. He finally said that he did not see anything. I went inside at this point and talked to the man at the front desk who claims that 2 guys came and sat at our table after we left but they were gone when we got back. I called the police and the made out a police report but hardley questioned the employees. My purse was only out of my sight for a period of less than 15 minutes. And they were packing the breakfast stuff up when we were leaving. My family and I are assuming my purse is not now in the hands of the hotel staff. Do not go to this hotel!!

This hotel isn't to bad, but it needs more thought on who they let stay here. They need 2 give more attention and credit 2 the frequent stayers and crack down on the disturbances more. I've been staying here 4 about 2 months and always give my upmost respect 2 others that are over-nighters, yet, on occasion there are the loud and disrespectful. I do on the other hand give thanks 2 the daytime manager, because he has always been reasonable on prices and very, very nice and polite. Great customer service except the regular employees. Reserved a non-smoking room, as soon as you walked into the room what did you see a ash tray, needless to say the room stunk, sheets werent clean, windows wouldnt close to deaden the sounds from outside. The bathroom was filthy. Went donw and about changing rooms and was told they were booked solid. God help the others that were in this place.

Kelly the manager was very rude and not very accomodating. I gave this motel 5 in value because you really get what you pay for. The room was dark, the small fridge was not cleaned. I drove up the street to the Hilton Garden Inn, paid $100 bucks more and got a good night sleep, great service and a clean refrigerator... (it looked like it had never been used!) I asked to speak to someone of higher authority and she said she couldnt give any information out not even a phone number or an email address to the owner. No wonder this hotel is DOOMED to shut down.

This place was the most nastiest place that I and my family had stayed at. When we first walked into the lobby it wasn't so bad,but when we walked into the back to go to our rooms was a total differnet story. The hallway recked of bad smell. In our room the curtains looked as though they have never seen a washing machine, as well as the bedspreads. The carpet was so dirty that you didn't dare take off your shoes to walk on it. In our bathroom the handle on the facuet was broken in half and the crud was disgusting around it that you needed to use a napkin to touch it. The bath tub was filthy to the point we used a towel for a bath mat. In my parents room the mirrors had never been cleaned you could write on them. when you first walked in their room you could tell carpet was wet from leaking pipes. Also, their bathroom doorknob was broken and could tell at some, point that their door had been busted in. The only half decent thing was the coffee. SAFETY AFTER DARK WAS VERY COMPROMISED PARKING DIMLY LIGHTED. NEVER AGAIN
