Residence Inn Boise Downtown, Boise

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.

I spent almost two weeks at this property. This is the "village type, there 4 units make up a "pod" and there are a dozen or so pods on the property. Much more "home" like than a big hotel building but get an upstairs unit or the wedding party or teenagers that come in at midnight will disturb you. Upstairs noise is transmitted easily. Fireplaces are fun to have and while not huge the rooms are big enough to make you feel at home after a long day rather than in a hotel. The staff at Boise was very nice and friendly (I needed 5 spare keys!) and I think it is a fine value. House keeping was only as you wanted and they did a fine job. I prefer the "village" style Residence Inn when I can find it. Very cozy especially on a long stay. This property is very handy to downtown and the freeways out to businesses.

Location is great, but the staff and accomodations are hard to beat. The rooms are 2 levels and very well kept. Full kitchens with utinsels. Great for traveling with children. Very close to Green Belt. We love it!
