The Atlanta Airport Crowne Plaza offers 24-hour free airport transportation that operates every 20 minutes. Six Flags over Georgia, the Georgia Aquarium, Phillips Arena, the Georgia Dome, CNN, Stone Mountain, and the Buckhead shopping and entertainment districts are in the Atlanta area. Hotel amenities include the pool, sundeck, and executive fitness center. Bentons Grill specializes in breakfast and lunch buffets and dinner cuisine. Plane delayed and daughter transferred to another. At 11:30 pm 6/21/2005 Erin told me plenty of rooms available and I was not to worry about daughter getting one when her plane arrived at 12:30 a.m. so I need not reserve one since I did not know if she made her plane in Detroit. When I recalled at 12:30 a.m. and talked to Keith, night manager, and inquired whether Delta voucher was accepted for room payment, hotel suddenly became 'full.' I dislike being lied to and Keith extremely unhelpful. I would avoid CROWN PLAZA hotels in future and we are a family which travels extensively.

Absolute Worst Customer Service

The airlines cancelled some flights. The person on the phone told me that my wife could call me and get a room reserved with my credit card. When she called me back they would not take my credit card without faxing a copy. This is redicilous. They kicked her out of the hotel. This is the worst hotel I've ever encountered that deals with people. I could have given them any info they neede to get her in but they refused. These people have no compasion for the people that they are supposed to be serving in a time of difficulty.

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at.....Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Atlanta area. Thank You

Wait,Walk andWorry Free

Good place to wait for the next days' flight. Literally five minutes from the airport and the shuttle brings you close-in to the terminal.Easy walking to several eating establishments,both fast food and sit down restaurants. The staff made it worry free and are very courteous. The hotel is clean and the houskeepers very responsive. I recommend this one.

Good place to stay near the airport

Liked: Good on-line prices and matching for second stay. Nice service,good location (8 minutes to airport). Disliked: Front desk needs to follow-up on communications with housekeeping, and directions, when promised!

More than we expected

This was the most reasonably priced hotel that we stayed at during our Spring Break trip. We just needed somewhere close to the airport to stay before our flight the next morning. We thought that the room was very nicely sized and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio outside of the hotel bar. The only downside would be our check in experience. There was only one person working the front desk and it took forever to get our room key.

Loved this Hotel

I stayed at this hotel and got a great deal through Priceline. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was warm and inviting and very clean. The bed was so comfertable, I did not want to get up. Thank you Crown Plaza for making my stay wonderful.

Great price, rooms and location

If every airport had a hotel like this nearby I would travel with greater confidence. The shuttle, staff and room all exceeded the price of the room and that is rare. I didn't eat in the hotel but there were plenty of places within walking distance. Our meeting room was nicely equipped and maintained. All around, it was a good trip made much better by this hotel.
