Horrible Customer Service
The manager, Jackie, put me on hold when I specifically asked her not to and did not return to the phone. Normally, I would not have minded except that this was a long distance phone call. They also canceled out room although it had been reserved. This is the worse experience I have ever had with a hotel!
In addition, they kept trying to charge our credit card before we actually arrived. I have never heard of this so-called policy before and have never had this happen in the past.
