Bravo! You Can't Find Any Better

There were only 2 things we considered while searching the web for our next Embassy Suites destination: proximity to our activites and price. This location had both. It must first be mentioned that there was a sports tournament going on in the city and the hotel was jammed packed with guests. We were greeted by 3 very kind young ladies, all eager to assist us. In the midst of all the other guests around us, they made us feel like we were the only persons checking in. While I was at their lobby computer, trying to get driving directions for our site-seeing, one of the desk clerks handed me a sheet of paper and said "We have all of those directions already typed out for you"-that's thinking ahead, that's true customer service!Although totally by accident, I broke the plate inside the microwave. When I told the ladies at the desk, there were no dirty looks or smart remarks, they simply replied "No problem, we'll have maintenance replace it, don't worry about it". Everyone on the staff was jovial, light-hearted and seemed genuinely interested in your day's adventures, no matter how big or small. They are all to be commended for outstanding attitudes, service and overall personalities. Sooooo many 'customer service personnel' are so "professional oriented", they forget to be personalable ... not the case here!
