Place is a Dump. And staff was not very friendly. Rooms are old and dirty. Don't ever waste your money at this place..

I went and it was beautiful, they had a crystal clean pool & it was right by the ocean, you could go onto the docks & tap the water & dolphins would come up. Be careful of the manatees though! Have fun!

The site is good BUT....they are doing as little as possible to keep it up since they are tearing it down after this season (according to rumors from their staff)...took 2 days to get a light bulb fixed...desk closes at 6:00pm until 9:00am...so hope nothing breaks...pool closed for a day so they could kill it with chlorine ..... RCI should never book anyone here...

I have to agree with the negative reviews in this place. The place was was built in the 60's and it looks like it hasn't been given any upgrades since. The place needs a major renovation and the rooms are dirty. My son opened up his couch bed only to discover a huge blood stain on the sheets and you could tell they have not been washed at all. The place smelled like a chimney and the rugs were pretty gross. The plates and utilities were not washed and we had to wash all of them so we could eat of them. The kitchen appliances are pretty out of date. Oh, and the door locks have not been updated either. You have to slide a dog tag inside the door knob to open the door. My dad's room doorknob broke and they never came to fix it. He had to fix it himself since he knows about that stuff. It looks like there used to be a restaurant and bar next to the pool but it was closed and dismantled. This place overall is in bad shape. I strongly recommend you do not come here and instead stay in the other nicer resorts in the area.
