The only place I will ever stay!

The owners are so friendly, the accomodations are clean and comfortable -- it is like our home away from home. I love this place. My family has so many fond memories here. I can't wait to get back!

IT IS A WISE CHOICE!!!

This is the most basic of units and even if you're used to high-end accommodations, I think you will still be satisfied. It is extremely clean and when my husband and I asked for personal favors, the owners were more than willing to accommodate us . It couldn't be more centrally located to the town of Lauderdale by the Sea or the beach. My husband and I met some very interesting people there...It is a wise choice!

Find another place!

Location is GREAT! But owners are not friendly (won't say hello unless you do first!) and also don't seem too concerned with return customers/ business. Had a problem with ants in the room on a daily basis (and roaches twice in the week): we were given a can of spray to address the problem (what kind of service is that??). You can bet we won't be returning there! There are a lot of places where we can choose to spend our money... Santa Barbara got it once - not twice!

Great Little Motel

Loved it ! no problems with anything, friendly and short walk to beach (very Short!) Will stay again for sure , can't wait to return.

SO I'm prejudiced!

Having grown up in Fort Lauderdale, it is wonderful to find a place with the same frendliness and feel of the REAL beach. My room was very clean and comfortable, and during my two week stay had everything I needed. I met many guests from Europe, Canada and the US and as a woman alone, felt COMPLETELY safe. How nice to walk the beach every morning and have good restaurants a block or two away. Not for some if you are into partying and glitz, but if you are looking for peace and a real beach feel, this is your place!
