Waiting to go back again!

I have been there many times; each time services received were excellent. If there was ever a problem, it was corrected immediately. I never had a problem receiving anything that I requested from microwaves, refrigerators, to rollaways. The pool, heavenly. I am always looking to stay there whenever I am in the area; even when I have travel 5 to 7 miles to my meeting sites. ~Truly Pleased - with your services~

Can't wait to go back! The location was great - very easy to visit the trendy places (Ft. Lauderdale, Hollywood, Miami). The pool and hot tub area was fabulous. The water fall was very relaxing.

Dirty hallways,rude front desk,incompentent maintenance staff,burger king has better food,nice pool with green algae,room ac units not maintained,hard to believe that caddy shack was once filmed here. former guest

Great pool!

First the negative - The staff needs customer service training. The rooms are average. The air conditioner is too loud and wakes you up in the night with a bang. The shower curtain was not as clean as it should be. Not enough lounge chairs by the pool. Now the positive - The lobby is nice. The continental breakfast is the best ever. The pool is gorgeous, the waterfall great. Plan to spend a lot of time out here. Overall - I would go back but would ask for a different room...maybe the a/c isnt as noisy in other rooms...

Excellent Hotel

Rolling Hills is a wonderful hotel that has a beautiful pool and waterfall. The hotel overlooks a golf course and is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Rolling Hills is great for Nova Southeastern University students due to its excellent location.

Very nice hotel

We stayed at this hotel before and after our cruise. The hotel is attrative and clean. Our room was large and roomy. The shuttle service was great helping us and getting us to our cruise. The resturant is great but a little pricey. The pool area is beautiful but unfortunatley we didn't get to use it as it was cool and rainey when we were there. The price was great and I would highly recommend.

Gorgeous

The hotel is very impressive when you first drive up. You are greeted with an expansive marble lobby and a flowing fountain. The pool and grounds are beautiful with multiple waterfalls and sumptuous greenery and flowers. The room was large and comfortable with plenty of closet space. The service was very good, and the location was convenient for us, but does not have a lot of development around it. (That will be coming soon.) Everything was good, but it could have been cleaner.

Decent for the $$

Not quite what I expected, but all in all a good value.

The staff was courteous. But, check-in took longer than expected due to new trainee. Room wasn't quite as clean as I expected. Looked as though someone had used toilet and washed hands after room was cleaned?? One elevator was broke and had room on 7th floor, sometimes had to wait way too long for one working elevator. Pool area was very nice and the food in restaurant very tasty. Shuttle service was very good.
