Orbit One Vacation Villas, Kissimmee

We stayed here in Sept. 2008 and had a wonderful time. This place is awesome. Large spacious, huge kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, huge rooms awesome tub in master bath. Plenty of room for all of us. The first day we arrived it was raining and the kids(4 and 7 yrs) wanted to swim so we put them in this tub and they had a blast. VERY CLEAN. It smelled clean the first day we walked in and that is when I knew we did the best thing. If you are thinking about going to Disney don't stay on the ground stay at this place you will be so glad you did. Yes you will have to rent a car but it is so worth it. We had family that stayed on the Disney grounds and they didn't have a car and were at the mercy of the bus system YUK! Having your own vehicle makes a world of difference. If we ever go to Orlando again I am staying here it is the best. Thanks Orbit One Vacation Villas aka Island One Resorts!!

This place has a BUNCH of space!! Huge Kitchen !!!! 2 Bathrooms !! This place is great for a week stay who wants a home feeling. the pace is HUGE !!! 3 TV's Cant Beat it

We stayed for a Week and once we checked in. The AC was Broke Leaks in Sink Little water pressure in Showers Small ants in room They fixed all of these problems except the ants. After 5 days we got tired of the ants in the rooms and checked out early. THEY NEVER REFUNDED US back the Money for the early checkout. For $120 a night you are better off somewhere else. The place needs some upgrades and cant see how they get a 3 star rating??? They are rude and promise refunds and never send them out !!!

We've just returned from our week 1/26/08-2/2/08 vacation at Orbit One. We were pleased with the accomodations and the proximity of the parks. Entry Point Blvd becomes Sherberth Road as you move through the traffic light. Sherberth Road goes directly to Animal Kingdom. Beats traveling 192. The unit was spacious and clean. Wireless Internet is available at $35.00 for the week. The signal was very weak in the room and on some occasions not available at all. Local phone calls are .87 cents each time you pick up the phone. Towel exchange is on Wednesday between 8:00am and 1:00pm. We would use this resort again. A great place to stay.

My husband and I actually stayed here on our Honeymoon and are planning to return in the winter, 3 years later, with our newborn son and his grandparents! You can't beat the space for the money in this area. This is great for people who don't want to be tied to the Disney buses, and want the freedom to roam the area. The parks are nice and close though, if you were trying to save money on the park food, come home and make something! You've got everything to do it with! We can't wait to return. This is a great resort. Yes no elevators, which is fun for some luggage, but do you really go to Disney world and expect not to do some foot work!

The staff did their best to accommadate our needs to have an accessable unit for two members of our party that could not do stairs. If they couldn't, the trip would have been a disaster as they have no elevators which seems odd since the disability act. The units were very nice but I did not understand the theme since the only reference to "outer space" were the names on the buildings. We spent one day at the sister resort Liki Tiki village which was much nicer and tied in to the polynesian theme in decor and buildings. The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. Over all a good experience.

LOVED ORBIT ONE. CENTRALLY LOCATED TO AL THE PARKS. THE RATES WAS VERY REASONABLE. LOOKING FORWARD TO MY SECOND STAY IN APRIL 2007. THIS TIME I'M BRINGING THE WHOLE FAMILY. THE ROOMS ARE JUST FABULOUS, THE GROUNDS ARE NICELY KEPT, AND THE RATES ARE OUTSTANDING!!!!

My first experience was May 13th to May 20th 2006 at the Orbit One Vacation Village in Kissimmee, Florida. This resort is beautiful, clean, well maintained, and run by a helpful and friendly staff. Also special THANK YOU to Clare and Khauga at Orbit One who were very helpful and friendly with our needs. The condo was very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed to feel at home and to enjoy a relaxing vacation. I highly recommend Orbit One Vacation Village and we are already planning a return visit. I am looking forward to a long committed relationship because we will definitely be regular customers. It was very quiet and the most relaxing vacation you could ask for. All kinds of activities for children. Ours had a blast. They were going through some remodeling during our stay but didn't hinder our stay.
