NOT WORTH THE PRICE!
After driving all day, we were able to check-in at the Marriott West Palm Beach at around 3:45 (to our surprise because check-in isn't until 4pm). Our guest service agent was nice, but not as friendly and inviting like the other front desk agents that have greeted me at other hotels. He gave us a room that we literally could not get in! The door was stuck, so we had to bang on the door a couple of times before we finally got in. So, we returned to the front desk and he gave us another room on the same floor (quickly).
To our surprise the room was small with low ceilings and a loud AC, with old furnishings. There was no microwave and very little toiletries. We even found a couple pieces of old candy under one of the two double beds...gross!
The elevator was clear with open glass open to the outside atrium, but you need to swipe your room key to get it to go up to your floor. I thought that was kind of odd! There was no free continental breakfast, but you could order it to your room or eat in their little restaurant for $12 (price is way to high).
We only stayed one night ($100), but we did sleep very well on the comfy beds with nice pillows.
Check it early, before 11AM! I would say overall the hotel was just OK....not what I expected from a Marriott Hotel!
