Quality Inn Conference Center, Jacksonville

They have a nice atrium area with a pool but it is not heated and the spa has a board over it and is no longer in use. They have a nice breakfast but you are not allowed to take a plate to your room it is dine in only. There is no dinner service but there are fast food chains across the street. Ask for a room on the interior because the area is a little rough.

I love how warm and cozy the new hotel is at orangepark. I once made a comment about the old hotel not being the hilton,but to me this new one is running a close race with the hilton.You have room to breathe, to many events going on at the bigger hotels. Thank you Holiday Inn in orangepark for a wonderful stay.

This is an older property with mostly exterior corridor rooms(interior rooms surround the pool); however, it is very well-maintained. Front desk staff very courteous & responded quickly, upon arrival I requested a rollaway bed & one arrived in less than five minutes. They offer free wireless access, so be sure to bring your laptop-their business center charges 50 cents per minute, which is very disappointing considering the airport location's business center offers free Internet access. Even though it was located in an industrialized part of town, we felt very safe, & it was a short drive to several local restaurants.

I stayed there last October 22& 23 and actually lined up, with Susan's help, a block of rooms for others stay also. It makes one feel a little skittish when telling friends they will enjoy the place. I'm glad to say everyone of us had a very pleasant visit. We look forward to staying there again October 21 & 22, 2005. Be talking to you again Susan. Thank you. Bill Wainwright
