Great time
By Fran and George, 3/7/12
My Husband and I spent one week at the Quality Inn and Suites in Gulf Breeze. We had a very nice room and very clean it had a fridge and microwave. Our room was by the pool and they have an on site restaurant where the food was very good and reasonably priced. We can't wait to go back next year.

Will never stay here again
Hated this hotel. The worst hotel we ever stayed in. Has a mold/mildew odor. Comforters on bed smelled like urine. Ruined our first night. Would not recommend it to others. Went to Marriott a few miles away and loved it. Will not ever go to this hotel again. Still owe me a refund for 1 night and its been 7 days.

Just spent a weekend at this hotel. I must say that it is nicer in person than what the pics show. Rooms are plain but clean. Great pool area with beautiful view of the Bay. We drove 8 hours and wished we had spent a little extra and gotten a beach hotel. You can swim in the bay in back of the hotel. Desk staff is very friendly. Wouldn't stay again, but just because we would go 3 more miles for a beach room. WiFi internet connection is very poor.

HORRIBLE
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/25/07
This is an absolutly horrible hotel. First of all no where on the website does it say that they are now a Quality Inn Choice hotel. Second when I confronted the front desk personnel about it not being what they advertise, she got the "manager" (we later found out that she WAS NOT the manager) and she had an attitude saying that they can't guarantee things that I had reserved and was guaranteed when I made the reservation because "probably what happened was" the guests that were in that room decided to stay an extra night! Lastly, I was afraid to touch anything in the room because when I went into the bathroom I found underwear from a previous guest on the floor. I know for a fact that they don't belong to anyone I went on the trip with because they were for a little girl (they were "Hello Kitty" panties) and everyone I was with was 21 or older. This led me to believe that they did not clean the room. I passed the front desk quite a bit and overheard other guests complaining about various things, so I know it was not just us. I will NEVER stay here again and I highly recommend that you don't either.

Dont let your room ruin your trip
By Heidi, 5/17/06
The place was in an ok location, you have to drive across the toll road everytime.there were black ants around the bathroom sink. The fridge was crusty. Everything was old. It was an ok stay if not planning to stay long. Checkout was at 3pm so plan accordingly. Pool was closed the whole weekend. Cocktails no longer free as stated in brochure. Recommend bring your own pillow and towels. No place to stay if honeymooning or anything like that. Overall the hotel was bearable and price was high considering you pay about $20 more and can stay at nicer hotels right on the beach.

The excellent little city.
By kenneth, 9/13/05
I commend this hotel for there hospitality. We were forced out of our home due to Hurricaine Katrina.I was driving and stubbled on to this little gem of a hotel.Excellent views of the Gulf. The service is great. The staff is very helpful in attending to your needs. With the great weather the city of Gulf Breeze is a good chioce for a Florida getaway.I just wish we were there for a true vacation.I just wish they could have gotten all the repairs to the hotel done, which took damage due to Hurricaine Ivan.I will definetly keep Bay Beach Inn and Gulf Breeze on my list of hot spots.5 thumbs-up!

By ANDYD, 6/4/05
memorial day weekend 2005 got room 186, the furniture was dry rotted and falling apart. the carpet was filthy long hairs in bathroom. tv worked but picture was dark, asked to change rooms turned into major ordeal. moved to another room, was better but still brought own sheets and pillows. take my advice on this " DO NOY STAY HERE " there are better hotels in pensacola just a few miles away. if you do decide to stay "good luck" !!!!!!

Don't ever stay here. It is a DUMP
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/16/05
I have never stayed in a hotel as dumpy as this one. It was discusting right from the dead roaches to the yellow/white dried crusty substance on the pillows. No telling what that was. Some kind of mystery substance. The rooms reeked of an odor so foul that we had to leave our doors open for over an hour to air them out. I would never stay here again.
