place was a high priced dive. bugs in room, musty smelling room, towels were old and THIN. went to do laundry and the washers were DIRTY, full of hair as if someone washed a dog in it. tried to find someone to clean it or get a rag and clean it out myself, guess no one works there at 7 in the morning, had to go to laundromat in town. told staff bout it when we checked out, she was basically ok whatever!!! NEVER stay here. go any where else.

The crack hotel across the steet would be better!!

The internet does not work, pool is dirty, restaurant has bad hours, bar expensive, dirty rooms, remote did not work, mini fridge froze everything that we put in it. SAVE THE HEAD ACHE and stay across the river. They took 600 out of my debit account along with the 400 for the room and refused to refund the 600. I paid 1000 to stay there when I should have stayed at the hilton for that money. No managers on duty to deal with the problem, front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. The sad part is I have been a loyal customer here and will never retrun.

bug problum. the staff was rude. it smelled and it was dirty. a/c was a problum the pool was closed. the shower had low pressure. there were spiderwebs everywhere. the beds were uncomfortable.

Not the best

Avoid this place

First of all this is not a Holiday Inn anymore. Holtel is dirty and run down. I paid $99 a night, sure it was a nice view of the river but it was like a motel 6. I called the desk to inform them that housekeeping did not leave any coffee in the room and they told me to come to the desk, what kind of service is this. They are in the middle of renovating so maybe it will get better and after that they might be able to get away with charging $99 a night!! Try the best western over the bridge. Oh I forgot their wireless is a joke!!
