Good stay....BUT

We had a nice stay overall - the beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel was relatively quiet considering the lobby wasn't when we checked in. The problems we had were that the bathroom had "leftover" hair in the tub and on the floor as well as the previous guests towels on the back door. The pool was closed for renovation; however, they failed to tell us that when we made the reservation. We asked for a steakhouse recommendation and the one we were given was very good; however, they failed again to tell us that it was an "upper level" restaurant and required a collared shirt and ALOT of money!!! Overall, our experience was good and when I finally spoke to a manager they gave us priority club points to accommodate us for our inconvenience. I would also like to say that if you are going & are looking for a GREAT steak dinner...and are willing to pay for it...MORTON's was wonderful. It was within walking distance. Lastly, if you are going to the Dodge Music Center for a concert - stay here. You have to pay $15 for overnight parking, but it is about a mile to the Concert grounds and you can leave your car in the garage and walk. Much better since the parking lots being used for the concert were about a block from us and cost an additional $15. If you can get a reasonable price for the room - I recommend it.
