Nice place good price
By Ken, 10/23/09
We were heading to New Hamshire and needed to stop for the night. We grabbed the Highway Coupon Guide and thought the Comfort Inn was a good deal. We have stayed in Comfort Inn's in the past and liked what they offer. We were surprised when we got there that they have rooms with two King beds in them.. PERFECT for my family so we didnt have to spend more on another room.. The kids used the Pool which was a Saltwater indoor pool which we have never seen.. Pretty cool.. We were also surprised that the Restaurant on site delivered to the room! Good food! The only thing bad was it was hard to find the place..

GREAT RENOVATIONS!
By Ken, 10/23/09
My wife and I stayed at the Comfort Inn recently and were pleasently surprised at how different things are there fom the past. They have renovated pretty much everything and we had a comfortable stay. Staff was great and knew everything about the area.. DEFINITLY WILL GO BACK!! Charles Mcfadden

Made two trips
By Marsha, 05/28/08
My husband and I went in April 2008, and then booked several rooms for May to go to Goodspeed Opera House with family. We were treated well. The staff was quite helpful. Would like to have had all rooms set up the same, but other than that the experience of both trips was quite nice. Comfortable and clean for the most part. A few oversights here and there but could be addressed and were.

Rude Rude People
By Holly, 08/10/07
My party arrived for a wedding on Aug. 3, 2007. When I called for the room in Feb. 07 I asked if we would have a fridge and I was told yes. When we got there there was a place for a fridge but no fridge, I called the front desk spoke to a women and she they were all gone and if I was supposed to have one I would have. The next am (what ever you do Do not make waffles) my sister and I went for breakfast, my sister not knowing you had to spray the waffle with non stick pam did not spray and the kitchen attendant with the blond hair in a ponytail proceeded to insult my sister in front of the entire kitchen..and wouldn't stop running her nasty mouth about people not being able to read and not spraying the machine. After she dug out the waffle that she made (that also stuck) she looked at me and said Hey Lady here is your waffle it was in a million pieces. I told her to keep it, but what really got me was the comment she made to the other girl that was working with her that Sat. about the people at the counter, she said "Oh just push them out of the way they don't care." I have never seen such rudeness and unprofesionial people in my life from the time of check in to the mornig breakfast. This place does not even rate a 1 star...AAA will be notified of this.

the king suite
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/12/07
My husband and I recently spent the night here. We stayed in the King Suite with 2 person jacuzzi for 100$. It was nice and relaxing and so cheap!! The furniture in our room was cheap and the bed not so comfy but for a hundred bucks we got a very large room and about an hour of quiet relaxing soak time. It was exactly what we needed. The rest of the hotel is a bit run down but what do you expect for such cheap prices... Bottom line, if your used to the Hilton don't stay here but if your not to uptight this was a great deal.

If you want bed bugs stay here
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/19/06
I attend a wedding in old saybrook and we stayed at the "Dis-Comfort Inn." My roommate work up with 36 bites on her arms, legs, shoulders and face. Also, rooms smelled, toilets overflowed from other rooms and ants were in the building.

By AnnaB, 06/08/06
it was just a hotel. a place to sleep. it was clean, had nice bathrooms, breakfast, good parking, easy to find. we would go exploring around the towns and have some place to come back to, unpack our finds, relax, watch tv, shower, and sleep. Thats what I want from a hotel.

Served it's purpose
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/04/05
We stayed 3 nights at the comfort inn with several aunts , uncles , cousins all over the hotel. As far as hotels go it served it's purpose. The kids loved it. The pool room was crazy hot, but the kids enjoyed it. I would recommend dining out however. The continental breakfast left alot to be desired even for the kids sake. Slim pickins there. We were out most of the time anyway, so it was a fine place to crash at the end of the day. The staff was super nice, the rooms were nice & clean and the beds were comfy.
