Just when I thought I was impressed...
These guys really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We got into town around midnight and went from hotel to hotel looking for the cheapest rate. The DT was the cheapest by far at $92 (I think). When you first walk in you're overtaken by it's enormous lobby. That was impressive. Then, the staff was so nice and helpful...at midnight. We got our rooms and I fell fast asleep on their comfortable beds. Then, breakfast was a HUGE (free) breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, oj, etc. Then, as we were checking out, the man at the front gave us cookies and seemed to dote on every guest. WOW!
Things I'd like to see at the hotel? Lights and sink area right outside the bathroom so one person can be getting ready while the other showers. I'd like to see balconys, so a person can overlook the city in the am, while the other sleeps and breakfast to last hour or so longer for those of us who get in late at night.
