Ramada Limited Denver North, Northglenn

I payed for this room thinking it had a fitness center and pool and both were closed and had been for some time. The free breakfast was ok and the desk was helpful when I asked about the area. Not a very clean place though. It was a great location for my son and I to hit Six Flags and it did have a lot of good places to eat in the area.

We had made a reservation at this hotel for August 4, 2005. At the beginning of July we needed to cancel. I got a cancellation number and an email confirming this. On August 8th, however, this hotel still charged me the full amount. Their policy states if you cancel up til 6pm the date of arrival you will not be charged. I have left 6 messages for Jennifer Smith, their general manager, with no response. She answered her line once and said she was looking into it and would call me back in an hour. That was a week ago. That is my experience with this hotel. JUST BE CAREFUL THAT YOUR RESERVATION IS PERMANENT. A cancellation means nothing. I also found out tonight that this hotel is not owned by Ramada anymore, and they are selling again. The name will change soon.

There are Two excellent Resterants with in easy walking distance. Applebees and the 50s Diner across 104th. Two gas stations for easy fillup easy in and out access to and from the freeway (I-25) north or south. The rooms are nice and the beds are real good with pillow top matteresses. The price was excellent at $39.95 per night with reservations.
