Restaurant needs some help!!

Had a networking event at the Marriott today (off of Horsetooth and College area). The service in the restaurant was horrible!! There were about 30 of us and our waiter was the rudest waiter I've had in years!! He was completely unpleasant. Even making one of the women I sat with upset enought to leave the event early. He never refilled drinks. And when asked for anything extra, it didn't get to us until we were done eating. I have never stayed overnight at this hotel, but I do hope the networking event is never held her again or I won't attend.

Will stay again

The beds were comfortable - romms big and clean. Food was great in dining room - especially breakfast. People at front desk were friendly and greated everyone coming and going. I was kind of apprehensive about staying here after reading some of your previous reviews but I saw no justification to any of their complaints. I will definitely consider staying there again if given the chance.

Very Nice, Great Service. There is an older gentleman who makes omelets at the morning breakfast buffet in the restaurant who is terrific.Nice rooms. Pretty location.
 
 
 
 
 
Wonderful Stay in Fort Collins

The employees were amazing and helped us get around the city (directions/recommendations) and were always friendly with a smile and hello. The rooms were really nice and the pool and workout room are very nice with both cardio and weights.
 
 
 
 
 
Wonderful Staff

The Marriott in Fort Collins was absolutely perfect. With the limited amount of full-service hotels in the area my expectations were not very high but the Fort Collins Mariott came through with flying colors. A newly renovated bar and resteraunt are in the front of the hotel added to the stay and the beds were as comfortable as home. All the staff was extremely helpful and did everything they could to help me on my stay. I would recomend this hotel to any and all, family and couple.
 
 
 
 
 
Pleasant place, good location

The west-facing upper rooms have a great view of the mountains. The room was clean, & the bed was incredibly comfortable. Nice fitness center, not very heavily used. Nice business center w/new computers and high-speed Internet access, ditto. Easy access to Old Town, which was nice b/c we were there for my husband to run in the Old Town Marathon, & b/c that's where most of the nice restaurants are.
