What a DUMP THE BEDBUGS LIKE IT HERE MAYBE YOU WILL TO WHAT A DISCRASE TO COLORADO SPRINGS

It was 1 am and we had no choice but to stay here. The front desk guy asked for my Id and took it into the back room. I think he was stealing my identity. I asked him what he was doing. He said he had to photocopy my license. That should have been my 1st red flag. The room was beyond gross!! We did not touch anything and did not take off our clothes, gloves or hat. We thankfully had our own blankets and pillows. During the night someone got into our room even though the door was deadbolted. My wife had an earring stolen and I had 11 dollars taken out of my wallet. Do not stay here!!!!!!!!!

Now I see why the signs at the desk said no refunds. Once you see the room you'll want one. Walking into the room you could tell it hadn't been vacuumed. At closer inspection there was hair and dirt in between the sheets, black spots on the blue blanket, stained towels, bugs in the tub, hair in the sink and pubic hair on the bathroom mirror! I don't care how cheap it was, I wouldn't stay there for free!!!

The place was beyond dirty, there was a light bulb full of illegal poweder substance under our bed, the bathroom was so nasty there was black residue all over the ceiling. The owner is horrible, the desk clerk always claimed the owner wasn't there even if she was standing 5 feet from him. half of the outlits didn't work so there was slim lighting, only like 5 channels on the television, and no wifi like they claimed. I took pictures of it allllll. THUMBS WAY DOWN
