After seeing the reviews here, my family booked a room here for three nights during our recent vacation. The lobby is very nice. The breakfast was good with made-to-order omelets available. We had a fourth floor room. Unfortunately, it had a balcony and faced the interstate. This lead to a lot of road noise and the wind whistled through the sliding doors. The maintenance man came up and fixed this problem of the whistling patio door and two other minor problems. He was very nice and it did not take him very long at all. The pullout sofa had a good size blue stain on one of the cushions. The reason why it was showing instead of the other side of the cushion was the bottom-side had two small holes in it---better stain than holes. The curtain in the bedroom area had red stains on it. The room was dated and previous repairs were not finished to a professional level. The shower/tub ceiling had the plaster repaired but not sanded to a professional smoothness and never primed or painted. The living room ceiling had been repaired sometime (maybe due to a roof leak?) but looked like a sixth grader repaired it. The bathroom was small and had a seven foot ceiling. When our room was cleaned, no extra roll of toilet paper was placed in the washroom so we had to get one from cleaning service. When facial tissues ran out, we had to use toilet paper. We also had to get a Do Not Disturb tag for there was not one in our room when we arrived. The pool water was not crystal clear. The pool was too small for such a big hotel. No towels were at the pool when we did enter at 9 p.m. Front desk personally went and got towels which was nice but the area around the pool was not the cleanest. My guess is that it is cleaned once a day no matter how much use. The whirlpool itself looked like it was OK but the where the floor around the whirlpool met the outside wall there was 2 12 inch tiles missing and the drywall/plaster had been damaged showing the studs at the floor level----not what I expect of an Embassy Suite whirlpool area. The front desk was always helpful. The business area had two computers--but only one worked. The internet was not a good experience. It disconnected many times and was slow. I did not use WiFi at the Embassy Suites. So, if you stay here---get a room away from the interstate-side and have lowered expectations from the normal Embassy Suite experience.

What a beautiful hotel!! We stayed here a week in June. Wonderful Cooked to order breakfast each morning was just delicious and was one of our main reasons for staying here. Luxury abounds in this hotel...suites are well appointed with all amenities including marble topped wet bar w/refrigerator & microwave. Furnishings were above average. Only minus would be the beautiful marbled bathroom was small with no room to move about without bumping into something (ie, toilet, sink, tub). Oh yes, these beds will allow you to sleep like a baby!...so soft, nice pillow top mattresses. We will be staying here again for sure!...Our family can't wait to come back here!

There was a Presidents day hockey tourney in Colorado Springs for youth players and there was a lot of teams at this hotel. They set us up with a mini hockey room and respected us greatly. The free breakfast was awesome and so was the free drink hour. I actually miss this hotel and my whole team loved it!

The staff was sooo nice. They have a social hour with free drinks each evening. And an AMAZING breakfast that you would pay $8-$10 for at a restaurant. The lobby area is gorgeous and the beds were super duper comfy. We also had a great time in the pool! I would definitely stay here again. It is 100% worth the cost of the room.

Our family takes a yearly trip from Fort Collins Colorado to Colorado Springs just to stay at this Embassy Suites~! The happy hour is FANTASTIC, there is a video game room, work out facilities, and the inside is breathtaking! It is fun and relaxing and most of all offers us a break from winter which is the main reason we go. Each room has a little living room space with a small frig and the little bar in the evening is fun when the locals and hotel guests get up to sing. Really an all around fabulous deal with the excellent priceless breakfast buffet in the am. You wont regret staying there. One last thing.... the options for entertainment outside of the hotel are VERY inexpensive and often times free. Make sure to take your kids to focus on the family for a day of free family fun!
