Cedar Lodge, Glenwood Springs

Cedar lodge is one o f the best places I have stayed. It is clean, clean, clean!!! The staff is great, friendly and always willing to help in any way. The pools are immaculate and we will always stay there when we visit GS, CO.

The motel is in a great location. The kitchen/3 bedroom facility was very roomy, and connected to another room, which was very convenient for a large grooup. The front office staff was extremely accomodating. The carpets were filthy... the kids feet were black by bedtime, We were afraid to use the oven due to a white residue all over the inside (oven cleaner???), and there was no cookie sheet available (we wanted to warm up left over pizza). However the rest of the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pot/pans. I would go here again, if these compaints are addressed.

We stayed at the Cedar Lodge for one night on our way thru to Vegas - only regret is we didn't have enough time to check out the town. We were pleased with our room - the air conditioner worked great, but a bit loud. The room was pretty clean. There was a pool, but we didn't have time to use it. The continental breakfast was pretty good - oatmeal, yogurt, cold cereal muffins, toasted waffles, coffee, tea, juice. Only thing missing was fresh fruit. I'd recommend staying at the Cedar Lodge.

we travel alot and our biggest concern is a clean room i was impressed with the overall up keep of the entire motel and the rooms were very clean and comfortable we look forward to going back

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THE CEDAR LODGE. THE ROOM S ARE VERY CLEAN AND THE FRONT OFFICE EMPLOYEES WERE SO FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS ABOUT THE AREA AND TELL US ABOUT SOME GREAT PLACES TO SEE AND THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA. OUR CHILDREN LOVED THE INDOOR POOL AND WE ENJOYED THE HOT TUB AND STEAM ROOM. WE HAVE ALREADY BOOKED A WINTER VACATION AND INVITED FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO STAY FOR A WEEK. My fiance and I visited Glenwood Springs for the first time and immensely enjoyed our stay at the Cedar Lodge! Our stay lasted for 4 days so we were thrilled about the convenience of the kitchen in our room and the overall cleanliness of the rooms and amenities were immaculate! The front desk assistance was highly accomodating and made us feel good about our stay. We look forward to our next visit to Glenwood and Cedar Lodge will be our Motel of choice! The staff and management made our hotel stay so bad that we left after one night. The room was dirty, we were supposed to have a fully stocked kitchen. It looked like a kitchen from a trailer. Not enough dishes, silverware ect. Oven was broken. Gas fireplace broken. The stairs were not up to code, they were very narrow and steep.

Finding a small kitchenette in our room was an added bonus. Beds were comfy. Not too much of a view. The continental breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. And there was a lot of noise throughout the night. Good thing it was close to food and activities.

I love the warm comfortable setting at the cedar lodge. 2 pools, one indoor, another outdoors. Great service, and friendly staff make your Glendwood Springs vacation complete! The complementary breakfast has a lot of delicious muffins, juices, and of course... Coffee!

We drive a Deisel truck and needed to plug it in (since overnight lows were going to be below 0) and they were very accomodating to us. The room was very nice and the C Breakfast was good.
