Never again
By Traveling man, 04/21/09
If cheap is what you are looking for then this is it. The pictures are extremely deceiving. The dining area is miniscule and the breakfast area is very small. The towels are not to be believed. One thin, extremely rough, small towel per person. I use better towels to clean my floors with. Wear something on your feet as the carpeting is filthy. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked. The only saving grace was the price, but you get what you pay for. If you can afford it, go somewhere else.

Dont Do It!

You are saving money but there is NO service, rooms smell and are quite cramped. IF you want to sleep ONLY, go for it.

SURLY MANAGER, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
By RobinT, 09/22/08
Come to this hotel if you want to get locked out of your room in the middle of the night and have the manager refuse to help you get back in. I dropped my brother off at the Palmdale Airport and when I got back to my room at 5:30 a.m., the magnetic key reader did not work. I asked the manager for help. He gave me a new key after lecturing me for putting it too close to my cell phone (which I actually didn't.) The new key didn't work... the surly manager ordered me to go back to the room and await his hotel security. After 10 minutes, nobody came. Again, I went back... more surliness from the manager. 10 minutes more on the door. No security. Only be yelling at the manager and threatening him did the maintenance man ever show up, to determine what the manager apparently did not believe: the magnetic key reader was broken. Did I get an apology? Refund? No. Instead I was called a name by the manager that rhymed with "gas hole."

A deposit for everything?
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/01/05
Where do I start? The "continental breakfast" that was on the sign was only discounted, not "continental." You had to pay a deposit to make local calls, hook up a laptop (with horribly slow dial-up), use an iron, and use the grill. The hot tub was either luke-warm or scalding hot, and the pool was always freezing. When asked for anything that should be free and fairly simple, like cups, we were answered with shortness and resistance. It's cups! How hard is it? If we ever pass through Palmdale again, we will not be staying at the Days Inn. It's a shame, too, because Days Inn usually impress us.

No services and lack of supply
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/16/05
We arrived late (after 11pm) to the hotel, and after we checked-in, we found out that we did not have enough blanket, and towels. The pillows were deformed so badly that manually reshaping would not correct the hollowness in the mid section. I called the front desk and asked for pillows, towels and blankets, and the reply was "NONE". The hotel ran out of extra supplies and there was nobody available to deliver the supplies. I was very dissatisfied. But the good side about this hotel was the room price included compliementy breakfast at a regular American restaurant. The breakfast was good and fullfilling.
