Dude,... First of all, this is a hotel that almost every criminal in Sacramento is in it. Once you go there, they have a list on the wall for the list of people who they don't give the room to..then they'll ask you for you DriverLicense, CreditCard, 2nd verification Id, and they actually make a photocopy of these. What the .....I understand verifyign the Id, but photocopy of it?? anyways, the room is totally a mess. Smoke everywhere, you see many people outside of the room screaming on the cell phone. Carpet is a complete mess. TV doesn't have a remote (in any room), no fridge, no microwave, no coffee, nothing. Complementary breakfast: Coffee + bread. Afterward experience: Awful. They mistakenly charged $111 extra to my card. Then I called and they said we usually charge and if you don't make phone calls, we reverse it, but this case we forgot.
