Park Inn by Radisson Fresno, Fresno

This hotel was a delightful place to stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. You got the idea that they actually like their jobs, which is a refreshing change from many hotels in many cities.

Upon check in I immediately noticed the room had a thick layer of dust. I discovered large clumps of human hair in two corners of the bathroom, hair on the toilet seat as well as hair in the two queen size beds. It looked as if one of the beds linens had not been changed from the previous occupant. When I notified the staff they were nice and gave me another room. The room was also covered in dust, but at least the bed linen was clean and the bathroom was clean enough to tough it out. I am debating weather or not to check out right now or stick it out. I did not find a complaint or "contact us" section on the hotels web-site. I will be writing a letter to the general manager. Should have stayed at the Hampton!!!!!!
