Great Place..always!

My home away from home...great memories! The bands were great..good food and music! I loved it and that is why my nickname is Saddleback Mac! I miss it so much!

lost grandeur

Driving by, one is mesmerized by the changes wrought over the years. This hotel, if it is still one, is a microcosm of the changes that the city of Santa Ana has undergone in the last two decades. A plus is that the statue at the front entrance has not been graffitied or stolen. Why not?

Saddleback Inn used to be a grand place over 20 years ago hosting grand balls and noted celebrity's. Now know more for being a welfare motel. Drug deals and protitution just outside your window. If you have a nice car it will be very likely to be broken into. Go elsewhere.
