Poor Management

After reading the review we were looking forward to having a restrauant and lounge on site, upon arrival I was told that they were no longer there, and no explantion as to why, keep in mind noone said anything about that changes when making reservations.
Upon arriving at our room we found our TV's reception was horrible, I called the office and was told by a woman who identified herself as management, she stated that there was a cable problem and she had already called for service. The following afternoon after returning to our room we found that the cable was no better, I called the office to report our findings and another"management" individual informed me that this was the first she had heard of any cable problems. Another night with no TV and she was clear that there was nothing she could do and there would be no compensation, now or later.
We will never stay there again, the "managament" was horrible, rude, and absolutely had no personality. I would think that perhaps in would be in the best intrest of Quality Inn that they replace "management"!
There was nothing "Quality " about our stay.
Make another choice!
