Sea Venture Resort, Pismo Beach

I decided to write a review because it had been quite some time since the last one on this website. The problem with the Seaventure is they make it so wonderful to stay in their rooms that you don't want to go outside. You are steps from a beautiful hardly populated beach. The jacuzzi in every room is private and wonderfully relaxing. The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. We had six pillows on the feather bed. Parking was great since I have a big truck. The hotel is within walking distance of the pier, shops and great local food. We especially enjoyed the personal continental breakfast basket every morning. We stayed for three nights and loved loved loved every minute of it. Thank you Seaventure.

My husband and I went for our honeymoon and were just blown away by the room. It was beautiful. We had and ocean view and it was great to sit on our balcony and eat breakfast in the morning. And our spa was amazing. The staff was so nice and helpful. We felt like they knew us. They always asked if they could do something to make our honeymoon more memorable. It was great to have that kind of service. We just couldn't ask for anything better, we will deffinetely be back!

Super accessible from Hwy 101; right on the beach; friendly and attentive staff, fireplace and spa, clean, with very nice breakfast basket and newspaper. I always thought of PB as a place to "drive by". Property is close to "downtown" restaurants and shops. Best Clam Chowder on the Pacific Coast and good Fish and Chips. Jass trio on Wednesday night. Go east about ten miles and you are in serious Chardonnay and Pinot Noir country and expansive tasting rooms.

The room was clean, comfortable, had upgraded toiletries, a fireplace and hot tub on the balcony. They advertised a "feather bed" but it was only a down comforter on the bed. The continental breakfast served in the room was a very nice touch. If you're there as a couple, I recommend sitting on the terrace in the restaurant in the late evening... very nice.

This place was the best honey moon get away ever. This hotel had excellent service and all the perks you could think. The rooms were intimate with private jacuzzis, just excellent with an on the beach front view.

The Sea Venture is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. The staff all knew my name by the second day of my stay, and did everything that they could to make it great. The room was better than it looked, with the huge comfortable bed, fireplace, and hot tub! Although a bit pricy, the honor bar is worth it, because the food is great. The breakfast baskets at the hotel are good quality and the restaurant upstairs is even better. The proximity to the beach was wonderful, especially with the free beach chairs and equipment.

I loved the view of the suites, the spa in every room, the great massages, and the big basket fukll of snackes and goodies.
