Lake Arrowhead Resort And Spa, Lake Arrowhead

This place is literally right next door to the village which made it easy for my wife and I to do some shopping and have good access to the lake. The resort is really nice and has lots to offer. The restaurant on site, Bin189, was very nice although it's a bit pricey. later in the evening they had live entertainment in the lunge area of the restaurant. Same goes for the spa services. Really nice but on the expensive side. I really didn't expect it to be super cheap though because this is one of those fancy resorts. My wife and I were here for Valentines day weekend and they had a couples massage special with access to the relaxation room afterwords. The hotel gives you access to their contemporary gym setup also. Overall we had a great weekend experience. The staff was friendly and the rooms I hear were recently remodeled and are very comfortable with lots of amenities. Even though we didn't do much here in town, the weekend was very relaxing and was probably one of the best weekend getaways we've had in while. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if your looking to relax with your loved one.

Went to the restaurant and had a fabulous time because of the excellent servers, but certainly not because of the food! Terrible and time to change it please! However, the worst part is discovering the management there just recently started giving their employees break times! And only because they're getting sued for it! Naught naughty Bin 189 for breaking a federal law! The best part was the creepy general manager. I saw him give the poor (and might I add young) hostess a complete rub down. Can you say EW! I feel terrible because the servers and manager Darren were amazing, but everything else makes me not want to return.

This hotel has been beautifully transformed with elegant and modern decor yet maintains a warm lodge atmosphere. The lobby is spacious with warm wood floors, rich carpets, and comfortable couches, fireplace, piano, music, etc.The hotel and restaurant offer great lake views. The spa and pool are first class. Free walk-up internet everywhere and a great business center. The staff is friendly and relaxed and provided excellent service. Its a nice change from Los Angeles. Have you ever seen a coffee bean grinder in your room? We had one. The rooms are beautiflly decorated and roomy with balconies overlooking the lake, pine trees, squirrels, and blue jays. The Lake Arrowhead Village is just a few steps below the hotel and you can browse along the docks, take a boat ride, enjoy Belgian waffles lakeside, shop or just feed the ducks.

I can't stop thinking about this hotel. Everyone is wonderful and friendly. Beautiful view going back for our anniversary. beautiful,beautiful. Thank you LaSonya Cali girl

Great Hotel....even though they were in the process of remolding and it was messy and noisy, you could see what they had already done and that was nice....Bin 189 is a great place to eat...really enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is FANTASTIC, we came upon it by accident and got a room a couple of weeks ago...we fell in love with it! The price is right and the rooms are remarkable for the money. Everyone was fiendly and helpful too.

We had never been to Lake Arrowhead and saw the Arrowhead Resort and booked a room. We ended up staying 4 nights. Although the rooms aren't elegant, the people at the front desk, the bellhops, room service staff and houskeeping were more than accommodating in every way. The people were very friendly, as though they loved their jobs. We had breakfast at 7:00 am, overlooking the lake and didn't even need a sweater. I would definitely stay there again, in fact already have reservations in two weeks. The menu in the restaurant is quite limited for dinner and the food is adequate, but the service impeccable.
