Amazing service

We booked this venue to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday. We also stayed @ the hotel for the weekend. The service provided was exceptional. Everyone from the bellman to the party coordinator treated us like family. The rooms were clean & comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for the banquet facilities & their hotel accomedations. 5 stars!

Will not return to this hotel

Too bad. We usually like the Marriott. The worst bed ever, shower was good. We were there for a convention. The servers were very rude and na.sty, bad customer service. Complained to the Maitre D and then I was never served. The next day at lunch, my luck, get the same waitress and she bumped my chair several times, spilled my coffee on the table cloth, good it wasn't on me. Overall bad service. Acted as though they were doing you a big favor to wait on you. Even the reception desk. No operator/front desk will NOT pick up the phone later in the evening or early in the morning. Exceptionally poor service. Couldnt wait to leave.

Staff is unfriendly, we asked for extra pillows and towels and never got any till 4 hours later. Security was very rude, when we forgot our key in the room. Over all a bad stay.

Wonderful Stay

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend of March 6-9, 2009 for the West Coaster Toy Figure Show. What a wonderful place to stay. The staff of the hotel was very friendly, the rooms were cleaned daily and had a unlimited supply of towels and soaps. The beds are very comfortable and I was able to sleep quite well. Though I did not need it they infomed all the guest that the time was changing to make sure we set our clocks. They have a Starbucks right in the hotel, Fed ex Kinko's, and places to eat. Though a bit pricey the food was very good. I suggest the All you can eat breakfast and the Marriot Burger. Also within walking distance to a wonderful Italian place. Who also had wonderful service and food. All in all my experience was great and look forward to spending time their again next year.

Our company holds the annual christmas parties here, and every yr it seems to get better. The beds are FANTASTIC.They also have a good little sports bar there,and the food for our party is always good.

Great Orange County hotel

I've stayed here twice and would stay here again the next time I'm in Orange County. The building is well maintained and the lobby is among the finest I've ever seen of any hotel, including top hotels in other cities. The staff is really friendly and helpful. We were greeted promptly at the front desk with a friendly manner at both check-in and check-out. We also liked the sports bar, cafe and Starbucks counter in the lobby. There were two 20-25 year high school reunions when we were staying there and a bat mitvah and all the guests were happy and cordial to us. The only drawbacks if there is one is that the hotel is right near the 405 freeway, though we didn't hear the freeway traffic. Also, the hotel charges for parking. Overall, this is a great hotel.
