It is was a very unique place to feel at home! Loved the room, and the whole interior of the hotel which is beautiful. The costumer service, and the food,.....the view and everything about it.

extremely cozy. Friendly atmosphere with few negatives. Food service was excellent too. Well kept place with excellent room service. Best in value, location, and luxury!!

Rooms were very dark inside and the furniture was old. We had a suite and the sofa in our living room was so uncomfortable to sit on and watch television. Carpets were old and worn out and the rooms smelled terrible inside. Downstairs in the coffee shop once again it was dark. Poor lighting and you couldn't see what you were eating. Buffet was awful. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE.

The view from the top floor bar is spectacular, as is the architecture there. The lobby is spectacular. Rooms are comfy and quiet. Service was fine, but we only stayed one night.

Great location: near Fishman Warf. Also close to Embacadero center and Ferry station. My family especially like the Christmas atmosphere around lobby in December. Great Ornament decoration really give more holidays feeling to the guests.

Did enjoy my trip to San Francisco. From what I had heard I didn't think it lived up to all its hype, but certainly an enjoyable trip. Did find the Hyatt a big disappointment. As a tourist, a terrible place to stay. Creepy at night, a lot of homeless people, very unsafe & quite a distance from the hub of the city. I had an old dirty coffee pot in my room, a very small window overlooking a magnificent bay, but certainly did not overwhem one's sense of what a great city this truly is. I would go back & stay in the heart of the city, not here. True, it is a beautiful hotel, however, the stores & restaurants are over priced & unless one is coming here for business, I would not recommend it & I love the Hyatt hotels.

I like the place very much its so converience and so enjoyable, also it is close to everywhere, which is including the shopping place, restrauant and night life activity area.

it is very clean and staff is very accomodating.the view is spectacular.it is a great spot to stay in s.f. it is very accesible and you will love it if you are going to to sbc park.i like it coz it is close to the bay.

Hyatt service is the best, and the Hyatt Regency San Francisco is no exception. People greet you with a smile. If you make any special requests, they try to get it for you. When my friends and I stayed there for my bachelorette party, they upgraded us to a suite with an awesome view of the San Francisco Bay. Service was always friendly and prompt. It's downtown location allows you to walk to where you need to go, or take a quick cab ride, or the MUNI. The revolving restaurant at the very top provides stunning views and great food, although I wouldn't say that it's cheap.
