Park & Fly Perfect
By Nikki, 06/26/08
It was cheaper to stay one night and park then to park 6 days at SFO. We were picked up quickly, both on the ride to the airport at 4am, and from the airport to the hotel. The bus was clean and large.

Never again!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/27/08
Don't let the pretty pictures of the lobby fool you. After paying extra charges for two extra people, our room was only made up for one person. There were 4 of us and we had only 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. I called the management and was told that "they did not have any more." My confirmation plainly stated that there were 4 people and I was charged for the 2 extras. Rooms were OK, but everything was pretty old. There was a wiring junction box in the closet that scared the heck out of us. Suprised the place doesn't go up in flames.

Great price Great value
By sueannemarie, 09/21/06
I stayed here 3 nights while visiting in the San Francisco area. The rooms were large, clean and everything was in good working order. For a "bargain" hotel/motel this was one of the better ones. Staff was very friendly and competent and the price was very good. I arrived at midnight, they were there quick to pick me up, next 3 days took me to the BART station so I could visit in San Francisco. Two years ago stayed in the city paid 199.99 a night and it was not any better than the 50.00 + at the Good Nite Inn. Will cont to stay when I visit San Francisco......

Disappointment
By Joseph, 05/20/06
My family and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. During this time, we had many 'discussions' with AC, the manager, since the hotel reception is not very receptive. Many times, we just wanted enough soap and towels for 2 adults per room, which is the rate that we paid. However, the manager conviniently commented the housekeeping department is responsible for this and 'their' policy is to provide a set number of towels for each room. He didn't know what this number was and whether there was any difference between rooms for 1 adult or 2. Additionally, the breakfast each morning consisted of waiting in line for 15 minutes to use the toaster, then another 15 minutes waiting to a place to sit and eat your toast. Fortunately, IHOP was a 2 minute walk.

Terrible
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/28/06
I spent the most awful night ever, in this place. My husband and I had to get up the next morning for a conference and we could not sleep at all. There was loud music playing all night, people coming in and out yelling...it was awful. I was so upset, we almost got up and drove home at 1:00am. We definately did not have a good night sleep!! Finally, after I called hotels.com the music was turned down but by that time we were so upset that could not go back to sleep. The next morning we woke up late and ofcourse tired from the lack of sleep. I was told by one of the front desk staff that upper management rents out their ballroom during the weekends. So, if you plan to stay at this place...I suggest you think abou it twice. I know I WILL NEVER STAY there again!!

I'm glad I didn't pay full rack rate.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/10/05
The service was average. The room was clean but the bathroom needed to be cleaned and renovated. I wanted to take a bath that night but had second thoughts when I looked at the bath tub. The location was very convenient - just off the freeway. But also on the airport runway path. Since I was very tired that night and the room was clean, I could tolerate it for one night. I got what I paid for.

Great buy!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/24/04
I booked this hotel simply because it was the cheapest in San Francisco. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and appearance of the room. It is a quiet a quiet and safe area and of course extremely close to the airport. Based on my experience with "budget" traveling, this was the best buy I have ever encountered. However, as usual, don't expect much from the contienental breakfast.

Good value for price.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/03/04
They gave me the wrong room (booked king, got queen). TV is smaller than any I have seen in even seedy motels. Room clean with tub/shower (instead of shower only). Staff speaks little to no English. Continental breakfast is a joke (danish and coffee only, no juice etc.). Overall, I was looking for a clean, cheap place centrally located (very near airport), so it was a good deal.
