Horrible Management

The one star is for the management at this hotel. If I could do zero stars, I would. They overcharged me on my room. I politely called to complain. I was hung up on by the manager on duty. I asked to speak to her manager and was finally transferred to that person's voicemail. I left a voicemail with my contact info and never heard back. I've tried repeatedly to get this resolved and they've been extremely uncooperative with me.
