Heritage House Inn, Littleriver

Everything about our experience at the Heritage House was exquisite. The rooms were beyond warming and inviting- Bose sound system, flat screen TV’s, walk in shower, complimentary alcohol, fireplace, large king size bed with the finest linens, top of the line espresso/coffee/cappuccino machine, and the slippers and robes were just luxurious. The view from our room was unbelievable- we could sit outside on the deck in our robes for the entire weekend. To top of the experience, the food and service was outstanding. I would recommend the Heritage House to any individual or couple looking for a quiet yet lavish get away.

I recentley dined in the Heritage House Dining Room in April of 2007. We ate in the Lounge for the comfortableness and flexible menu for my daughter. The Inn is one of the few places on the coast that caters to children and loves their presence. The filet I had was litterly like butter. An old cliche' yet so true. It was the finest I have had and cooked to perfection per my instructions. My guest, the owner of another nearby Inn had the veal and went back to his Inn telling his chef of the delictable entree' he had. This is not an easy accomplishment on the coast where the Inn owners barely venture to the restaurant of another. He and I were pleased and Edward the bartender was his usual charming self and yet with the refinement of a fine waiter you would expect in this fine establishment. The occasions we had breakfast provided the same cooked to order perfection and the service outstanding and with the back drop�of the finest veiw of the Pacific of any restaurant, the Heritage House is worthy of a visit if staying at the Inn or not. If not, change reservations. Say hi to Joanie in the morning and go talk to Edward. Born and raised on the coast he is the story teller per excellance and with the local history so many have lost. The wine list is the best and also experimental of the local wineries. The best to be found. Just look for the red door in Little River and treasures will behold you. By the way, the new remodel is a WOW experience all by itself.

I originally found this "heaven on earth" accident, while surfing on the computer- The pictures were inviting, so I gave it a try. Upon arrival, my jaw dropped with awe & stayed that way throughout my entire visit- I am in the process of making reservations for my 3rd annual visit.

Last year my girlfriend and I went to Heritage House for Christmas and found this to be the best time of year to visit! The inn was decorated for the holidays and the staff was in great spirits. The views of the ocean with storms coming in while you are inside next to the fireplace is a charished event! The room was very comfortable and the feather bed was wonderful to sleep on. A major plus is the lack of TV's & telephones in the rooms, this creates a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy Can't wait to go back this year for the holidays.
