Quite with great views of the Bay
By criss, 01/08/09
Service was outstanding, there was no problems at the desk or getting in. Room was above standard, light and airy. Bed was comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend this location to my mother.

We will be Back!
By MotelGeorge, 10/13/08
We had the best experience there last month. Came in 4 hours early and they immediately placed us in another room. The staff was excellent and the location can't be beat. We will be coming here for years in the future.

Great Location
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/25/08
The location is great but for the price, I found the rooms to be mediocre. Our room faced the bay side, but the view was blocked by an apartment complex. Our patio was facing a side street so you felt as if you were on display. I do have to say the staff is quite attentive and sent someone immediately when we had a problem with the TV/DVD. I found it irritating that they charge guests a $10 day additional fee to park.

My Oh My!!!
By Todd, 07/20/08
This was a great hotel! We were more than pleased with the wonderful FREE breakfast that we weren't even expecting. It is directly across the street from the Hotel Del, and we even saw fireworks one night! The pool is a bit small but there weren't many people there given the beach right across the road. By the pool are fresh towels and a cool refreshing water cooler. If you can afford it...stay here! Oh, and the beds were comfy!

WOW!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/12/08
Absolutely loved this gorgeous Inn. I stayed in one of the mansion rooms with my 5 year old son. We LOVED it. He loved having chololates, cookies and milk at bedtime and the breakfasts were good. The beach is across the street. Everything is walking distance, so the location is fabulous. Highly recomended. 5 STAR!!!

Coronado's Little Secret
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/09/07
I stayed here at the beginning of October with my husband for our anniversary. The staff had upgraded our room for the occasion at no cost, and we had a view of the bay from our balcony. They also made our dinner reservations at a local restaraunt, and had a complimentary bottle of merlot waiting for us along with a card. The room was a bit small, but clean and well stocked with towels and ammenities. The next morning a continenal breakfast was served in the main building (the mansion)-and it was better than any I have had at any Best Western or Hilton I have stayed at!!! We will definately make this a romantic destination in the future!!1

Third time is a charm!
By A Yahoo! User, 07/30/07
I frequent San Diego often - sometimes 10 - 15 times a year. By far, this is my favorite place to stay. The grounds are clean and the staff is wonderful. I tell all my friends in L.A. that if you want that "Hotel del" feel without the "Hotel del" price, you can stay right across the street! It is conveniently located, quaint, quiet, and the best value around. "I'll be back!"

Romantic and beautiful
By Jim, 05/03/07
Very romantic, quiet and beautiful. Great service, very comfortable beds, and a peaceful, tranquil setting. Walk across the street to the beach, just out the door to many shops, restaurants and beautiful scenery. I think the groundskeepers main job is to sweep up the flower petals every morning, as the entire hotel is surrounded by them. Highly recommended.

Super location
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/30/07
View, amenities, convenience to Coronado shops and restaurants. Golf course close by and bike path across the street. Across the street from Hotel Del Coronado. Complimentary breakfast and newspaper is a plus. Would definitely go back.
