Don't Trust Central Reservation System

I have stayed here many times and never had trouble with the Knight's Inn reservation system until October. I had a reservation for October 10, had the confirmation number. Went I tried to check in, the number was not in their system. Since the hotel was booked, I was out of luck.
I had a reservation for November 27, and same thing, the confirmation number was not in the system. Fortunately, rooms were available. I was told to call the hotel directly to make a reservation for my next stay. I might go elsewhere.
They desk staff seem particularly rigid about the checkin time also.
