Bad service, no free parking for guests

- I called a week to check if the rooms have a fridge and microwave and I was told they have them upon request. I didn't reserve one then and when we arrived I was told you ran out.
- Also, why do your guests have to pay for parking and even friends who picked us up for dinner have to pay.
- We left the room to go shopping and when we came back around 1pm the room has not been cleaned and I didn't see any housekeepper on the seventh floor when we left around 9am and 1pm. I have to call to have it cleaned.
- Also, there is no spare role of toilet paper - have to call to get one.
This is the first time we have experienced this - we've been in many hotels before.
We only booked at your hotel because our Guagua National Colleges Reunion was held there. If not I could have booked elsewhere.
