Millennium stay
The location of the hotel is not the best, it is along a small two way street. Inside, it is very grand looking. The hotel didn't have the best lighting, there wasn't enough of it. The rooms was nice, but it was a older hotel and it showed in the hallways. I stayed with two other people and I paid about $25 for an extra bed they brought into the room. It was the most uncomfortable bed I had ever slept in. The next night, I called the front desk and they brought in a better one. Their room service associates and food were great! Later that night, I wanted to go to the more formal restaurant inside the hotel, but they said it was closed for the night. So we ate in their smaller restaurant, food was good there, but it was a less formal environment. The problem I had with the serice, was the night we checked out of the hotel, there were three people at the front desk, but no one available to help me. I went to a man who was on the phone, but he didn't even acknowledge me. There was a woman so seems less occupied, so I had to go to her. I just thought it was rude, to not be acknowledge, even though I was standing right in front of the person. Overall the experience was good, however, the hotel was not a glamorous as I hoped.
