Worst Customer Service Ever and Over Priced.

I decided to come here after reading all the reviews , figured is was the lesser of all the bad ones. I was wrong .
TO WHO EVER READS THIS PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE !.
I am in customer service for my company, this place is not for anyone who might expect a nice ,pleasant and professional care. Hiten , Ms Sabrina Patel her being the worst of the two were the most rudest, fowl human beings I have ever encountered in my life . The room wasn't ready due to there being only one maid, the pool was dirty, and sandalwood was the incense of the day, not including ms. patel yelling at some old lady in the other room while I was trying to check in for the second time that day. IN the end due to her lack of customer training and yelling at me for asking to have the room be downstairs like Mr. Hiten had agreed to 5 hours earlier she yelled I had to find another place to stay since the rooms weren't ready and this was after being charged for the room which I booked online.I had them remove the charges and left saying this was the worst customer service ever. The whole time Ms. Patel was yelling at me and him she never looked at me .Oh there was another customer watching the whole thing but said nothing even after she had been rudely address but she did manage to make the shape of a L behind my back as I was leaving per what my children saw. NOW as for the lady I hope she enjoyed her stay in the two rooms down stairs one of which were mine .
If you like to be treated poorly , nasty pool, and fowl human beings the stay here otherwise find some place else where you will be treated like a person.
