The hotel itself was well OK
But the peoplw who run it are not so great. I made a reservation on the hojo website a week prior to my trip. no problem, gave cc'd and reserved a late night check in.
I get there and they said I had called and caceled the room. umm ok, I did but I just decided to show? The only rooms they then had left were more expensive rooms, and they would not honor my cheeper room reservation. This is such a scam. I complained to hojo.com and the redlands hotel called me and said they canceled it because my card was declined when they ran it for latecheck in. funny it worked a few hours later when i took the other room just fine. I wish they would get their stories strait.
Very poor attitude of the managment.
the late night checker seemed nice, but who knows if he was the one who canceled it or not.
I really dont recommend this place if you are looking for a cheep room, you'll have to take the more expensive room.
