This is the most disgusting Best Western hotel

We requested for a non-smoking Jacuzzi Room with a King bed and we got a non-smoking room that wreaked of smoke, the jacuzzi tub was oily on the bottom. We got in at 11:00pm from Los Angeles, expecting a good night sleep but I can't sleep at all because the smoke was making my asthma worse. I wouldn't come back to this hotel again. I've stayed at other BW's before but not like this. This is the worst! Most of all, it's right next to the freeway so you'll hear all the noise!
