Loved it and going back!!!

Loved everything; room; location; accomodation; response to my special request; and excercise room along with the little coffe shop conveniently located near the entrance/exit for fast out the morning of my business!!!! Clean, quiet, fresh, and polite staff. LOVED THE SPA TUB! Can hardly wait to return for my next seminar in the area. Thanks.
 
 
 
 
 
Will not go back

On business, have stayed at Best Western's for years. My room was dirty old tee shirt in the closet, heard running water all night for three nights, the desk clerk told me others have reported hearing the sounds also, no sorry’s or we will look into it, no interest. The breakfast area was dirty, watched the staff clean the tables off by wiping the crumbs onto the floor then using the same rag cleaned up spilled milk under the cereal with the same rag the staff used to clean the tables. I will stay at other Best Western’s Hotel’s but not this one. Paid too much money for what you got.
 
 
 
 
 
Now the Venitian Court BW

Now its called BW Venitian Court and the renovations are exquisite! Starbucks in the lobby and great free hot breakfast-eggs,bacon and even a waffle maker! Clean room and friendly service.

Great stop over

Excellent, professional customer service at check in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and welcoming; spacious and stocked with plenty of linens. Coffee service 24 hours in lobby was nice.
