Great value for the location.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. We had a room facing the ocean. Every room has a balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. The sunsets were beautiful. The breakfast buffet was adequate and convenient. Del Mar beach is a few blocks away, and a nice walk either through residential streets or along the main street. Don't expect to be steps from the ocean, but it is nearby and you can hear the waves at night. The flowers and landscaping around the pool are lovely. We visited La Jolla, the flower fields and the outlet shops at Del Mar during a 3-day stay. We would definitely go back.
