River Rock Inn & Restaurant, Mountain Home

When making reservations I thought that 5 stars may be too high but thought what the heck I will give it a try. Turns out I was right this motel would do good to rate 1 star. Our room was not cleaned after the first night. We had no towels and when we went to get some there weren't any to be had. When we complained that our room was not cleaned we were told there was nothing they could do but say Sorry. After a lengthy discussion with the desk clerk I talked to the mgr. and did get $20 knocked off of one room and $10 off of another we had. big deal we were still not happy but this was all they would do for us. Needless to say we will not stay at this place ever again and I would recommend that no one else does until they make some changes. I forgot, they say there is a pool. There is but it has no water and probably never will from the looks of it. Beds were wore out. Mattesses must have been around for a while because they were flat. The place was just all around very dirty.
