My husband and I were in town for two months while he was working on LRAFB, his company had set up for us to stay at this hotel and the company card was to be charged weekly, then they would take it out of his check. For three weeks everything was fine, the Sunday night around 11 pm the owner called the roonm to let us know we hadnt paid, when we let him know that for two weeks now they had been charging company card, he said the owner of my husbands company neede to call every week for it to be charged. (We are talking about the owners of a multi million dollar company who have workers staying in over 300 hotels around US). The next day the owner called the hotel and everything was supposed to be straightened out, then at 11pm that night the owner knocked on our door, of course we were already asleep, and said she had not spoken to him, even though she called she had to call back when he was there. She spoke to him the next day, told him to charge card every week until further notice, then the sunday of the same week came, and he calld at 11 pm to tell us she needed to call. He is a very rude man, and after the fact we found out that they also had a monthly rater that would have saved us n early $600.00 a month, we asked when we arrived about this and the smae man told us there was no monthly rate we had to pay weekly. Also the "fitness room" equipment never worked in the 4 weeks we were there, and the air condintiong didnt work in there. Pool was filthy and right before we left there were roaches beginning to come out eve though there was no food in the room.
