Magnuson Hotel Magnolia, Magnolia

This was a joke. The motel room smelled of nasty dirty body, the toilet wouldnt flush and the hair dryer didnt work. When I asked for help I basically was told TOO BAD. I will tell everyone I know how nasty this was. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that she wasnt there and probably would do anything to help me either. I know a lot of people and I will tell them to make a bee line to another motel in Magnolia. In this day , I would think customer service would be top notch. NOT at this poorly "newly renovated" lazy attitude sleezy motel.

I stay at hoets all over the country. This is by far the best hotel i have stayed in for a very long time. Thanks to all the staff for all their help. maitenance man was expecialy helpful. Will definently stay here my next time through

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever been to! The customer service was TeRRIBLE and the rooms smelled awful! We ended up leaving in the middle of the night and went across the street to the Quality Inn which is HIGHLY recommended!!

I do not recommend staying at the Coachman's Inn. I had made reservations for the Jacuzzie Suite, and when I had gotten to the hotel, the jacuzzie suite had been given to someone else. Now I had a certificate for the room which I had bought at a non-profit silent auction so the room was not for free. I told the lady that I had reserved the suite, and she said, "no you did not" in a not so nice way. She did give me a regular room and she said that she owned the hotel now and would honor the certificate, but would not let me have the jacuzzie suite. She never acted as though she wanted my business, or was glad I came. I really don't think this lady acted in a professional way. The room was also dirty, and had a dead cock roach on the telephone. I can not recommend this hotel, mainly because I felt I was treated badly. If this lady is trying to have a sucessful buisness, she need to at least act like she appreciates your business. I will not stay here again! I hope this review helps you to make up your mind.
