Radisson Suites Tucson, Tucson

I gotta say this hotel really was great! P.S. if you use SweetHotelDeals. Net for booking this hotel they usually have some pretty good hotel deals at this time of the year!

I arranged this hotel stay for my sister and her husband and put the reservation in my sisters name. I gave the hotel my credit card and asked the hotel to charge my credit card. They neglected to tell me to complete a credit card authorization form so that my sister would not be charged. My sister arrived and gave her name and the front desk told her they had no reservation in her name.They arrived on September 3rd and Tucson was having quite a bit of rain. The room they were finally given the ceiling leaked and the carpet was starting to smell. They went to the front desk to change the room and was given a room in the back, but the elevators did not work, so they had to walk up several flights of stairs. I had arranged the room package to include a breakfast each morning, but when they checked in they were not given any coupons for the breakfast and was not told what time the breakfast would be served. They went to the desk to find out about the coupons for breakfast and was told it was to late for the free buffet that day. The desk told them that they could order off the menu. The food was barely edible. I'm dissappointed in the service at this Radisson especially since this was a birthday gift to my sister. I'm thinking strongly on changing my future reservations I have made in North Dakota for October to another hotel chain.

My boyfriend and I stayed there for unfortunately one night only.I really wish we would have stayed there longer because the hotel is absolutely BEAUTIFUL.The decor is gorgeous and the room was super clean,staff were very kind and helpfull and the bed..I cannot believe how comfortable the bed was.We stayed in a suite and it was super affordable..we will definetly stay there again very soon.

The outside of this Hotel does not match the inside. Booked a room for my my children and I because we like to explore the different hotels and what they have to offer. This hotel seemed as though it was a resort when walking through the lobby to the other side where the rooms were located, lush landscaping, big clean sparkling pool with jacuzzi, fire pits you can sit by and conversate, beautiful palm trees and and orange grove. Now all of this sounds wonderful until you open the door to your room. Entering the room of a double bed suite with a living room to include a sofa bed and chair, micowave, tub and shower seperate. The carpet was stained, the couch lining was torn and hanging from the bottom, the chair was stained. The sofa bed itself was so lumpy and and thin you could feel the metal bar through it. Entering the restroom there was what seemed to be pubic hair in the tub, dust built up on the vents. The so called plasma tv in the living room area was and old tv the kind with a bubble back to it and the buttons were hard to push to turn on, there were only a few channels and those were not clear. The tv in the bedroom was a plasma tv with a huge empty shelf which is where i expected the dvd player to be. I called room service for some plastic utensils and was told it would take 30 minutes because they were to busy at that time, 30 minutes came and went so i finally went to the cafe where i was greeted by what seemed to be a very snobby lady who was offended that I asked for plastic silverware but gave it to me anyway with a smirk. I was walking outside and simply asked how I could obtain some more bath towels for my room and was questioned to what room number i had then told " well thats not my section, you need to go to your room and call then wait for someone to bring you some". Needless to say I didnt want to call and go thru the waiting process to only be disappointed because they didnt have enough time to help me. For a hotel this size I expected that there would be enough staff members to help a customer. My children and I were very disappointed with this hotel and will not be staying here again.

I was so impressed with the service at this hotel. From the front desk to the housekeeping service, everyone was so friendly and willing to provide assistance. The concierage, Jimmie, went out of his way to help me get directions to the Observatory. Whenever we passed through the breezeways, staff would warmly greet us and offer directions around the hotel. I felt extremely welcome there. The hotel is in a great location--close to tourist attractions, restaurants, mall and Del Sol International shopping center. Our room was clean and comfortable. Internet was easy to access and readily available. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

My friend and I checked in quickly and she was going to be doing some business with the hotel as well as us doing some shopping, sight seeing and so forth, the hotel staff was so kind to us! They even up-graded our rooms! Our rooms were very large and comfy, again, I can not say enough wonderful things about thee Sleep-Number beds, it's almost like sleeping in your bed, at home, because of the level of comfort. Room service was decent, for the prize. My room was very clean, had a mini-fridge and a microwave. The hotel was quiet, too. If I do happen to visit Tucson, again, I will stay Radisson Suites, once again.

The staff went out of their way to make our family feel welcome. We went to the restaurant for lunch one day and (very noisy) work was being done in a section of the dining area. The waitress offered to seat us outside but we had small children with us and it was chilly so we decided to stay indoors. But, after a few minutes, we decided it was too noisy and wanted to leave. The manager apologized to us, halted the workers while we ate and discounted the bill. He could not have been nicer to us and left us with such a positive impression of the Radisson Suites. We were treated like royalty! The rate was extremely affordable, the location is excellent, close to everything and the suite was large and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel.

radisson is very nice hotel. it has a pool and firness room. we going for 4 years . we love radisson on speedway.the service was excellent and very helpful

The grounds were well manicured. The staff was very helpful. The room was large, clean and had a microwave. I would definetely stay here again.

My husband,daugther,and I had been driving for 18HRS. we arrived at the Radisson tired and road weary,we walked into this room and the first thing we see is stained & dirty carpet plus a dirty sofa & matching dirty chair.We went to dinner came back let out the dirty sofa bed.& the sheets & pillow cases are dirty & stained & the blankets are stained & torn. I called the front desk, & this very nice lady showed up with fresh sheets/pillow cases, and another torn blanket. the master bed sheets & blankets were dirty looking & stained. And the sofa bed, should be called the rock hard board bed. My advice to the Radisson linen buyers, Go to Bed Bath & Beyond and buy some new sheets,blankets, & towels. To Management: Why not take up that dirty carpet and try Wood/Laminated floors,last but not least,throw that dirty old stained sofa & chair in the trash & buy all new furniture. Because of my business, I will be travling to Tucson and spending 3 to 5 days, but I will never stay at the Radisson again.You have some very nice people working for you to bad your Hotel is such a Dingy & Dirty place.
