Avoid at all expense
I'd call it a rats nest but I don't want to be sued for libel by the rats.
Old, smelly and, although mostly nice employees, pretty incompetent. The lobby was filled every evening with young children which I suspect were the offsprings of the employees.
Its nearly impossible to make a left turn on Thomas to go downtown, or to enter the freeway which necessitates a right turn and a 5-minute drive west before the ability to make a U-Turn and drive east again.
Specifically, during check-in a very stressed blonde without estrogen didn't have the time or energy to talk to customers. However, she did have plenty of time to talk to other employees -- while ignoring the sign-ins -- and when finally confronted heaved a sigh and asked "well, WHAT?"
If I hadn't been swindled by Expedia this lad would have turned around and drove to the nearest homeless shelter which robably cleaner and staffed by nicer people. As far as the continental brunch even the rats didn't que up.
