Great Phoenix Stay!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/01/08
We had a great time at the Radisson. The backyard is amazing, pools with waterfalls, a volleyball court for the kids to play, a play area for little kids. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. we will be returning very soon.

Good deal for the money....
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/15/06
... centrally located, basic amenities, nice enough staff, wireless internet worked well for me, very quiet. The interior was in need of updating, which didn't bother me. Can't beat the price.

Just don't plan your wedding here.
By Goodtimes, 12/29/05
The screwed me over. They will screw you too! I had booked my ceremony 14 months in advance and they had the nerve to book another wedding right before mine. It ran late, thus causing mine to start late. I had also paid for a room.. check in was at 3 pm and it didn't get cleaned until almost 4pm. Plus, they promised my officiant a microphone for my ceremony with we never got. After my reception, our keys didn't work. At one oclock in the morning we had to make not one but TWO trips back down for them to fix our card keys. Then the fire alarm went off for about 20 minutes. The hotel manager/wedding coordinator was unapologetic and not qualified for her job. NEVER AGAIN. And I will continue to tell anyone who listens... take you business somewhere else. I never go so much as an apology!

Excellent rooms for good rates.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/02/05
This hotel was an old-styled building, looks to be recently remodeled and very clean. Most appliances were brand new, and although the in-hotel restaraunts were closed, there was plenty nearby. The pool was excellent although not nearly heated adequately for late October, but overall, I'd go back.

pleasantly surprized
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/03/05
after reading all the negative reveiws, my husband and i almost canceled our reservations. we decided to go and expect the worst, to our surprize. the hotel was lovely, true they are renavating but for the price we paid, it was wonderful. The court yard, was breathtaking and the pool made you feel like you were on a tropical isle. they had towels out by the pool for your convenence. keep in mind we paid through cheap tickets 29.00 a night. for that price i have to give them and excellent rating. I was not expecting a 5 star hotel. We loved our stay and the staff was great. also security parking. great location.

Best Hotel in Phoenix
By MISTRESS, 08/23/05
This is by far the best hotel in Phoenix, for the money. It is a three star hotel, and I'm assuming because of the renovation it is discounted by booking online. We save about half the regular price, and have been staying at the Sunshine every weekened for about 2 months now. The staff is wonderful, and tries their best to fix any problems. (The room was exceptionally hot one time) I've stayed at other so called three star hotels and none of them compared to this one.

Basic and Clean
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/16/05
The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms were very basic with Miami-Vice type decor. The location was central and convenient. You can't beat the price!

Don't be fooled
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/19/05
Three-star hotel my $E^%$^%! The place has yellow stains on the walls, poor service and 'free' internet access that doesn't work and is only available in the bar.
