Sandcastle Lakeview Inn, Lake Havasu City

We have stayed at the SandCastle numerous times while visiting Havasu. The staff are always helpful & friendly and the rooms are very clean. Our first visit was back in January of last year. The hotel owners have made great changes to the property. It is close to downtown & shopping. We always enjoy our stay at the SandCastle and will always return when visiting our friends in Lake Havasu. Keep up the good work.

We had a party of 20 people..Because of the beds being so dirty and looked like someone slept in the beds..and the bathrooms were very small their was hair all over the floor.. I went to the ones that had already checked in their rooms were the same...I took pictures of the beds with the bugs and in the kitchen their were roaches crawling everywhere... We went to talk to the manager and she was very rude. "she said they just had the rooms sprayed." We ask her about the bugs // and why is there bugs in the bed and on the floors.her response was " THESE ARE NOT BUGS THAT IS BLACK GRASS"... EXCUSE ME IF THAT WAS BLACK GRASS THEN YOUR PEOPLE DIDN'T CLEAN VERY WELL.. I would not recommend this dump it is very nasty and a lot of activity goes on at night. They do not deserve a star.
