I definitely would stay again. The fitness center was very nice, with modern equipment and a clean appearance.

This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. dampness in the elevtor that smelled like urine. Drunks in the lobby. I canceled the room on my arrival eve thru a hotel website, and the hotel website didn't even refund the room rate. Don't use the website and don't even think of booking this cesspool

Dirty. Water hot to cold. Location felt like I was going to get mugged. TV did not work. Beds hard as floor

Unfortunately our trip was booked and payed for in advance or we would never have checked in!It seems that the folks at Days Inn Anchorage rent rooms to Section 8 or similar during the off-season months. There were frequently drunks howling in the parking lot and domestic disputes in rooms as well.The room we were in had a draft under the door so badly that a bottle we had in our bag that was placed in front of the door froze and exploded in the bag...Yes, inside the room!The room was dreary and poorly mainted and we had the feeling of being in a rent-by-the-hour facility.STAY AWAY!

The location is undesirable and it is overpriced for the quality received. I only stayed there because it was all could find last minute. My room was outdated, worn down, smelled bad, and had stains all over the carpet. The bathroom was dusgustingly old and had a sink the size of a cereal bowl. It was loud at night and who knows what deviants roamed around at all hours. On my second day, my room still wasn't cleaned up until four in the afternoon. Very slow and pathetic service. Do not stay there. Pay more and stay somewhere clean and safe.

Sure - it costs less than other hotels but I wish I had paid $25 dollars more per night to stay in a place that was quiet and clean. The room was loud - could hear loud traffic on one side and people hanging around outside my room on the other. The room was not cleaned well...found an empty pizza box inside the room upon arrival. Staff were not overly friendly and I did not feel particularly safe staying there as a woman traveling alone on business.

Undesirable location. Had an overall appearance of poor maintainance and very little housekeeping. Elevator broken. Repairman took us to 2nd floor room. Stale odor in hallway as well as room. No air, window opened to busy street. We did not stay. While at the front desk one guest reported problem with plumbing, another reported a telephone that didn't work. Asked for refund of our deposit. We were required to "call" manager (who was in the hotel) on lobby phone - never did see her. She refused refund citing 24-hr cancellation. When we made report to the Corporate Office after our return, this location still refused refund; this time referring to their "policy" that they do not make refund if a guest is in a room for more than 30 minutes (we were not). Would never recommend and would strongly discourage anyone from staying there. AAA should be ashamed to include this establishment in their travel guide, and Days Inn corporation should be embarrassed to allow them to use their name.

It is not as close to the Visitors Center as they lead you to believe. It is a nice walk. No Breakfast program, Window would not close in the room, heater did not work in the room. Vanity is outside of bathroom, same room as beds. Room had Iron and Ironing Board. It is my belief that the owner of this Day's Inn also owns the Country Kitchen. Both Shuttle Drivers were nice, prompt and helpful with the luggage. Night manager very nice.

i enjoy staying here as it was central to the city good food round the corner the service at the hotel was avrage you dont get a breakfast but the rooms are comfertable and its what you want from the temperture of the out doors the sorundering area is not at all dagrous by day or night great for younger crowerds. the price is what i was most impressed by i'll be comming back here.

The rooms were clean though there was no gym, breakfast, or an other admenates.
